Service charge is included so don't worry about tipping.
Staff were lovely, friendly and polite.
Got really busy and waited a while for the bill.
Would still recommend and go again.

My first time trying Wildwood restaurants and it was very nice a warm atmosphere as you walk in and a friendly welcome as you enter we did not book but they found us a table very quickly we ordered our drinks and food and the service was very quick and the food came hot and looked very presentable I enjoyed my carbanora really tasty, overall will be back to Tey something else

Went to the Wildwood in Telford for the first time today
Absolutely wonderful.
The team of Dia, Charlene and the Kitchen staff were all amazing and the food, well absolutely terrific

Visited Telford with my family and decided to eat here. We sat outside and were completely ignored for 15 minutes. We got up to leave and a waitress approached us near the entrance. She told me it was our responsibility to go into the building and ask for a menu! I had seen the same waitress sat at a table flirting with a male whilst eating food all the time we were there.

I recently dined at Wildwood with a group of friends on a particularly busy evening. The place was buzzing with energy, and it was clear that it was a popular spot that night. Despite the crowd, we were seated relatively quickly and started off with drinks, which arrived promptly.
However, the food service did not follow suit. After placing our orders, we found ourselves waiting much longer than expected - about 45 minutes. Given how busy it was, we tried to be understanding, but the wait became increasingly noticeable as time went on.
When the food finally arrived, my Chicken Cobb Salad was a mixed experience. The grilled chicken breast was done well, with a nice char and good flavor. Unfortunately, the rest of the salad didn't live up to the same standard. The dressing was watery, which didn't do much to enhance the dish, and the lettuce was bitter, making for a less than pleasant bite. Overall, the salad was just average, lacking the freshness and taste I was hoping for. Considering the price point, it didn't feel like good value for money.
While the restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere and efficient drink service, the slow food service and the quality of the salad left me feeling that the experience was only just okay. I hope that on a less busy day, the kitchen can deliver on the promise of their menu.

We turned up early for our reservation but was seated immediately. Drinks came I ordered a coke zero my partner had a pint, my coke zero was served out of a glass bottle but when I tasted it just tasted like soda water I pulled the waitress up to tell her about my drink but she said it was sugar free so that's why it tasted like that. I ordered another coke zero from a different waiter and when it came I told him the problem he said sorry and said he would take off our bill which never happened and they forgot part of our food. I would also have to agree with a previous comment on the good being microwaved as it was far to hot. Would not come again based on this experience.

The restaurant is elegantly designed, every table was beautiful. The atmosphere was perfect and the servers were delightful. They updated my order to vegan cheese to allow for my allergy with no issues. The food was amazing

I had the vegan baked aubergine and I really couldn’t tell you for certain if it was baked or just left out on the side for two days to go off. Sprinkled on top were mixed grains that literally store bore the shape of PACKET they came out of. I don’t go to a restaurant to eat food out of a packet that costs 99p at a supermarket!!
